Following an education culminating in an Honours Degree in Finance, Economics and Law from Exeter University, I trained with Price Waterhouse (now PWC) and I am a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, UK and USA.

During my career I have developed a broad skill set in all areas of Finance. I have held senior finance roles for many businesses including the multi-national IT company, Olivetti. My roles have included Audit Manager, Treasury Manager, Financial Controller, Subsidiary Controller and Company Secretary. I have also provided consultancy services to the Government and Public Sector in the fields of Finance, Risk, VFM (value for money), and start-up companies.

Having worked with Sports Generation since incorporation, I am responsible for Finance, Risk, Insurance, Human Resources and VFM. My little known sporting achievement is fencing at County and International level. Prior to entering the world of accountancy, I sold construction equipment in Eastern Europe, and ran a wine bar in London’s West End!
