By now you would have received a text and email reminder for pre-booking for the Autumn term, which was sent across last week to all existing clients.
We have started the priority booking process for the Autumn term (Sep 11th – 17th Dec) today. Priority booking forms will be sent across to all clients via EMAIL this week and will be with you by Friday 9th June. Once you have received your booking form please respond to the email or call the office to confirm your child’s space. If you have any queries regarding your child’s class, please call or email the office on 0208 940 9431 or email@example.com and we will deal with your request.
Esher clients – your priority booking week will begin on Wednesday cheap generic strattera 14th June
To ensure all clients are given a fair chance to renew their classes, spaces will be held until Wednesday 14th June. If you haven’t confirmed or made payment for your child’s lessons by this date, your child will risk losing their initial swimming space. Priority booking will run until Wednesday 14th June, after this period we will be going into our open booking period where unconfirmed spaces will be released to new and existing clients.
The office will be open Monday to Sunday from 9am-6pm daily.
Please be aware that during our busy booking periods we may take longer than usual to get back to you, we aim to get back to all calls and emails within 24 hours.
